P2RX5

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P2RX5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated P2RX5 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher P2RX5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P2RX5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CESC and COAD are the cancer types where P2RX5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
