P2RX5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, P2RX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,093 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAL, NIPSNAP3B, and DUSP2. Each is linked with P2RX5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX5-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RX5 versus GAL in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
