P2RX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,365 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL9A1, RGS5, and ZNF91. Each is linked with P2RX3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX3-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RX3 versus COL9A1 in READ, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
