Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,091 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Axis specification, Endoplasmic reticulum organization, and Regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Each is linked with P2RX3 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX3-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX3 results are reported.
