Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXTR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,547 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OXTR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP10, DPYSL3, and FSTL1. Each is linked with OXTR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXTR-to-partner and partner-to-OXTR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXTR versus CASP10 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
