Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXTR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 486 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L2, MCM5, and EMC9. Each is linked with OXTR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXTR-to-partner and partner-to-OXTR results are reported.
