OXTR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXTR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and Ku80. Each is linked with OXTR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXTR-to-partner and partner-to-OXTR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by OXTR-low versus OXTR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
