Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXTR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,151 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OXTR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of systemic arterial blood pressure by vasopressin, Positive regulation of intracellular transport, and Wound healing. Each is linked with OXTR in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXTR-to-partner and partner-to-OXTR results are reported.
