OXSR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXSR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,376 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF1B, UBP1, and NKTR. Each is linked with OXSR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXSR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXSR1 versus EIF1B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
