OXSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,178 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVIII-38-1, OR56A3, and OR51C1P. Each is linked with OXSR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXSR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVIII-38-1 grouped by OXSR1-low versus OXSR1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
