OXSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LKB1, CD31, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with OXSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXSR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LKB1 grouped by OXSR1-low versus OXSR1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
