Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXSR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,384 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OXSR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 21 signaling pathway, Positive regulation of pinocytosis, and Negative regulation of wound healing, spreading of epidermal cells. Each is linked with OXSR1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXSR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXSR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 21 signaling pathway grouped by OXSR1-low versus OXSR1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
