OXSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTNR1B, GPR101, and CENPVL1. Each is linked with OXSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXSR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTNR1B grouped by OXSR1-low versus OXSR1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
