OXSM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXSM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,869 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXSM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, DYNC1LI1, and TOP2B. Each is linked with OXSM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXSM-to-partner and partner-to-OXSM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXSM versus CDC73 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXSM→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXSM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
