OXSM

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXSM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXSM-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Chk2_pT68, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with OXSM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXSM-to-partner and partner-to-OXSM results are reported.
