Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXSM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,341 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXSM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA 3'-terminal CCA addition, Mitochondrial tRNA 3'-end processing, and Short-chain fatty acid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with OXSM in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXSM-to-partner and partner-to-OXSM results are reported.
