OXSM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXSM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXSM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, FAM205A, and INSM2. Each is linked with OXSM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXSM-to-partner and partner-to-OXSM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by OXSM-low versus OXSM-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXSM→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXSM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
