OXR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,341 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK3, SCRIB, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with OXR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXR1 versus STK3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
