OXR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3945, KIF20A, and STIL. Each is linked with OXR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3945 grouped by OXR1-low versus OXR1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
