OXR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,358 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCMTD1, EMC2, and EBAG9. Each is linked with OXR1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXR1 versus PCMTD1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
