Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,300 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly, Protein polyufmylation, and Protein K69-linked ufmylation. Each is linked with OXR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXR1 results are reported.
