OXR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEL1L2, SNU13, and VAX1. Each is linked with OXR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEL1L2 grouped by OXR1-low versus OXR1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
