The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher OXNAD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OXNAD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PAAD are the cancer types where OXNAD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
