Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OXNAD1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OXNAD1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher OXNAD1 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OXNAD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where OXNAD1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
