Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OXGR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OXGR1 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher OXGR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OXGR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, BLCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where OXGR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
