OXGR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXGR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,348 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAP1, ZBTB33, and HS6ST3. Each is linked with OXGR1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXGR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXGR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXGR1 versus PGAP1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
