Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXGR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OXGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, cIAP, and FoxM1. Each is linked with OXGR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXGR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXGR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by OXGR1-low versus OXGR1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
