Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXGR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM49, PRND, and TRIM49B. Each is linked with OXGR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXGR1-to-partner and partner-to-OXGR1 results are reported.
