Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXCT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OXCT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK16, OIP5, and MS4A4A. Each is linked with OXCT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXCT2-to-partner and partner-to-OXCT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXCT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXCT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
