OXA1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXA1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXA1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are cIAP, c-Met, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with OXA1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXA1L-to-partner and partner-to-OXA1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, cIAP grouped by OXA1L-low versus OXA1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXA1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXA1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
