Across TCGA cell cohorts, OXA1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,351 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXA1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial RNA modification, Mitochondrial tRNA modification, and Mitochondrial ribosome assembly. Each is linked with OXA1L in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXA1L-to-partner and partner-to-OXA1L results are reported.
