Across TCGA patient cohorts, OVOL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,407 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OVOL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP8L, SF3B2, and HCFC1. Each is linked with OVOL3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVOL3-to-partner and partner-to-OVOL3 results are reported.
