Across TCGA cell cohorts, OVOL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,369 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OVOL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with OVOL3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVOL3-to-partner and partner-to-OVOL3 results are reported.
