OVOL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OVOL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,378 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OVOL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXE, SIPA1, and SKAP2. Each is linked with OVOL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVOL2-to-partner and partner-to-OVOL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OVOL2 versus NAXE in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OVOL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OVOL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
