Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OVOL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 202 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OVOL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP354, RN7SL831P, and RNA5SP410. Each is linked with OVOL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVOL2-to-partner and partner-to-OVOL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP354 grouped by OVOL2-low versus OVOL2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OVOL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OVOL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
