OVOL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OVOL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OVOL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Src_pY416, and Claudin-7. Each is linked with OVOL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVOL2-to-partner and partner-to-OVOL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by OVOL2-low versus OVOL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OVOL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OVOL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
