OVGP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OVGP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,570 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OVGP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKAR2A, THSD4, and MKI67_S1679. Each is linked with OVGP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVGP1-to-partner and partner-to-OVGP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OVGP1 versus PRKAR2A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OVGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OVGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
