Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OVGP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,738 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OVGP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALPG, SETP10, and CHASERR. Each is linked with OVGP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVGP1-to-partner and partner-to-OVGP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OVGP1 versus ALPG in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OVGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OVGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
