Across TCGA patient cohorts, OVGP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OVGP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk1, NF-kB-p65_pS536, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with OVGP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVGP1-to-partner and partner-to-OVGP1 results are reported.
