The most reproducible OVGP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response, Flagellated sperm motility, and Sperm motility. Each is linked with OVGP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVGP1-to-partner and partner-to-OVGP1 results are reported.
