OVGP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OVGP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OVGP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSN2, USP9Y, and VPS4B. Each is linked with OVGP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVGP1-to-partner and partner-to-OVGP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSN2 grouped by OVGP1-low versus OVGP1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OVGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OVGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
