OVCA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OVCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 143 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OVCA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of inflammasome-mediated signaling pathway, Peptidyl-lysine dimethylation, and Regulation of modification of postsynaptic actin cytoskeleton. Each is linked with OVCA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVCA2-to-partner and partner-to-OVCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of inflammasome-mediated signaling pathway grouped by OVCA2-low versus OVCA2-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OVCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OVCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
