OTX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP12B, FAM153CP, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with OTX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTX1-to-partner and partner-to-OTX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP12B grouped by OTX1-low versus OTX1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
