Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OTULINL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OTULINL data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher OTULINL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OTULINL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRP, ESCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where OTULINL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
