Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OTULINL mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OTULINL data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OTULINL mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OTULINL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, CCRCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where OTULINL mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
