OTULINL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTULINL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,463 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTULINL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EVL, ARRB1, and RTN1. Each is linked with OTULINL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTULINL-to-partner and partner-to-OTULINL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTULINL versus EVL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTULINL→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTULINL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
