OTULIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTULIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,843 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTULIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL83P, MED14P1, and MIR4673. Each is linked with OTULIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTULIN-to-partner and partner-to-OTULIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL83P grouped by OTULIN-low versus OTULIN-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTULIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTULIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
