Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTULIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,545 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTULIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TENT4A, NUP155, and ICE1. Each is linked with OTULIN in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTULIN-to-partner and partner-to-OTULIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTULIN versus TENT4A in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTULIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTULIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
