Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTULIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,555 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTULIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation, and Protein localization to nuclear inner membrane. Each is linked with OTULIN in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTULIN-to-partner and partner-to-OTULIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process grouped by OTULIN-low versus OTULIN-high in CNS.
