Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUD7B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,927 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTUD7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYSMD1, CEP350, and ENSA. Each is linked with OTUD7B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD7B-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTUD7B versus LYSMD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTUD7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTUD7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
